1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bit inwin platform at bitinwin.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any service offered by bitinwin.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bitinwin. They apply to all products and services offered through the bitinwin platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, fishing arcade games, golf games, and all promotional offers.

bitinwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bitinwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally as an individual player.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion with bitinwin, nor have you been excluded from any gambling platform in a manner that would make your use of bitinwin a breach of those exclusion terms.
• You have not previously had a bitinwin account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of bitinwin or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment processors (or an immediate family member of such a person).

bitinwin conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration process. Additional verification documents may be requested at any time, including but not limited to national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

If bitinwin determines at any point that a player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or during any period of active play, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by or on behalf of the minor will be refunded, and any winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the bitinwin platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses belonging to the same person — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bitinwin reserves the right to close all but the most recently verified account, and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bitinwin recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor or OTP authentication features. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

Any activity carried out through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — will be treated as having been conducted by you personally. bitinwin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bitinwin immediately at [email protected]. bitinwin will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bitinwin processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Verified accounts are eligible for higher daily and monthly transaction limits.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bitinwin balance within a few minutes of the mobile financial service confirming the transaction. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe following verification. bitinwin reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

All funds deposited to your bitinwin account must be used for genuine gambling activity. Deposits made with no intent to wager — for example, for the sole purpose of exploiting a deposit bonus and immediately withdrawing — constitute abuse and may result in account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and withholding of the relevant transaction amount pending investigation.

bitinwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile financial service) may apply their own transaction fees. bitinwin is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bitinwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi calendar occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general conditions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, free spins, or a combination of both, depending on the individual promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotional terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, bonuses may only be used on the game categories listed in that promotion. Using bonus funds on games outside the eligible category may result in the bonus being voided.

• bitinwin reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bitinwin is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile financial service in respect of genuine bitinwin deposits. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery of funds through all available legal means.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, tournament, or promotional event hosted on the bitinwin platform.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the bitinwin platform or any game provided through it. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or unknown errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the bitinwin platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means. bitinwin cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration, during verification, or at any other point of interaction with bitinwin staff or systems.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or play on the platform while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in doing so.

All casino games offered through bitinwin use certified random number generators (RNG) independently verified by the relevant game providers. bitinwin does not manipulate game outcomes. The RTP (return-to-player) percentages of all slot and table game titles are determined solely by the originating game provider — Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others — and are not altered by bitinwin.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bitinwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a verification request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's own self-exclusion request submitted through account settings or via support.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as dormant. bitinwin will attempt to contact the registered email before taking any action on dormant accounts.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bitinwin reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, and to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in their entirety.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitinwin's total liability to you in respect of any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bitinwin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bitinwin specifically excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Errors in data provided by third-party sports data feeds that affect the settlement of sports betting markets, provided bitinwin acts in good faith when resolving any resulting disputes.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any Bangladeshi bank.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bitinwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

bitinwin provides the platform and all games on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, bitinwin does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bitinwin regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
